If the printed portrait does not match the preview you saw, we reprint it or refund you.

The preview is free and you see it before paying, so you never buy blind. That is the guarantee that matters most: there is no surprise.

If you open the parcel and the portrait does not match what you saw on screen, write to us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it. Reprint or refund, whichever you prefer.

If the parcel arrives damaged in transit, we replace it, no questions.

Portraits are made to order, so we cannot take returns for a change of mind. That is exactly why the preview is free.
