Your photo and your data
Your photo is yours. Here is exactly what we do with it.
It is stored on servers in the European Union. To create the portrait, it is sent to Google (Gemini model), which may process it outside the European Union; this transfer is covered by safeguards, see the privacy policy.
We delete it 30 days after delivery. If you never order, we delete it 30 days after you upload it.
We do not use it to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.
We do not publish it anywhere without your explicit permission via the consent checkbox. If we ever ask to use it socially, we will ask plainly and you can say no.
