Shipping and delivery

Free delivery to every country we ship to: France and the rest of the European Union, except Spain.

Each portrait is printed to order, so there is a day or two of production before it ships.

You get an email as soon as it leaves the printer, with tracking in France and, elsewhere, where the carrier offers it.

Usually 2 to 8 days, 14 calendar days at most from payment, production included. Free shipping. Printed in the EU.
